House terms for the barn

1. Who keeps the barn

These terms govern your use of kitchenpartybarn.com ("Kitchen Party Barn", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of kitchenpartybarn.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come through the barn doors

You may use Kitchen Party Barn only if you are 19 or over, and using it is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. Barn coins

• The coins in the games are given away free.
• Coins carry no monetary value and are neither money nor credit nor property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes; the app has no in-app purchases at all.
• No prize with real-world value is put up in the barn.
• We are free to adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever we need to.

4. No real-money gambling in the barn

Kitchen Party Barn does not offer real-money gambling, does not promote it, and never links to gambling operators.

5. Your barn account

• A free account is required for Oatcake Hearth and Tidewater Doors, the two games beyond the open one. One account each, please, and do not share yours.
• Keep your password secret. If someone else may have used your account, let us know without delay.
• Delete your account from your account page at any time you choose. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
• We can suspend an account if it is being used to disrupt the site, or if we believe its holder is under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account and are not property of yours, and they can be reset.

6. Fair use of the barn

No disrupting the site, no automated tools aimed at it, no offering coins in trade, and no letting anyone under 19 use it.

7. Barn opening times and our liability

The site comes ‘as is’. We can change or remove any part of it, and a malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not permit a limit, and your statutory rights are left intact.

8. Law over the barn

Ontario provincial law, together with the federal laws of Canada applying in Ontario, governs these terms.
