| Line in the tune book | Why the barn needs it | We hold on to it until |
|---|---|---|
| Nickname | So Hamish knows what to call you | Your account is deleted |
| Email address | Spotting which tune-book page is yours at log-in | Your account is deleted |
| Password hash | Checking your password without our ever storing it in readable form | Your account is deleted |
| Sign-up date | Replying to support and stopping abuse | Your account is deleted |
Nothing more is written in the tune book. Real name, address, date of birth, phone number, payment details: we ask for none of them, because the barn has nothing to sell, and your password is kept only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (setting up the account you asked us for). Delete your account and the whole entry is gone right then; the button sits on your account page.

It stays put on your device. We never receive it.
Say ‘Accept all’ and we run Google Analytics and Google Ads tags that measure visits and whether an advert brought someone in to play (a first spin, for example); Google gets your IP address, device information and the events themselves. Say ‘Essential only’ and the tags run in consent mode instead, without cookies and without advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.
Our host keeps the usual request logs for security, and not for long. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
You have the right, whenever you want, to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent. The delete button on the account page erases the account data then and there, and clearing this site’s data in your browser gets rid of the rest. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
You must be 19 or over to come in to Kitchen Party Barn. The coins on every reel are virtual: no monetary value, and no way to buy, sell, withdraw or exchange them. There is no coin shop and no payment page anywhere in the barn, no prize worth anything in the real world is handed out, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
